SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members.

The Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is a Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) issued by the FAA. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals with a $2B ceiling amount. The Multiple Year, Multiple Award, MOAs will function as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and will offer a broad range of comprehensive professional, technical, and support services and solutions for the FAA and, on a limited basis, other Government Agencies. ENCORE contracts provide the full range of Information Technology (IT) solutions required by the Department of Defense (DoD), other Federal agencies, state and local governments. Under these contracts, the contractors provide services, hardware, software and associated enabling products to satisfy IT activities at all operating levels. Areas supported by these contracts include Command and Control, Intelligence and Mission Support areas, as well as all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG).

This BPA is for Information Technologies Support Services (ITSS) for the National Institutes of Health and it's various institutes, bureaus and divisions. This contract provides a broad scope of IT services including new and emerging technologies. These services may be required throughout the United States, its territories and possessions, and in foreign countries. The scope of support to be provided under this solicitation is intended to cover all requirements for "Information Technology," including computers, ancillary equipment, software, firmware and similar procedures, services (including support services), and related resources. General tasks may apply to any of three functional areas: software engineering, communications, and system integration.
Under the terms of the agreement, the NIH will now be able to expedite purchases of up to $500,000 per order off of Quotient’s IT Services GSA Schedule 70, allowing Quotient to provide a wide range of services within days to assist the NIH with meeting ad hoc and immediate requirements. The BPA, effective May 15, 2010, is for a one-year period with annual review and renewal options.

The United States's Department of Education (ED)'s Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) has issued an IDIQ (Indefinitely Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) award for CIO Support Services. Under this contract, Program/Project Management and Technical Support services will be provided to the FSA CIO on a task order basis. These includes, but is not be limited to, CIO Service Management, Operations Management, Application Management, Network Management, Security Management and Project Management.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Information Technology Operations Division (ITOD) Task Order Contract (ITOC) is a $175,000,000 multiple-award IDIQ Task Order (TO) contract permitting FBI to procure a full range of operational information technology support services. The contract has a performance period through September 2013 and includes 16 Functional Areas. Quotient is the designated as the Key Subcontractor to Solutions By Design II, the prime contractor. SBD was awarded all 16 functional areas including management, consulting, security, training, systems analysis, and application development.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) System Development and Integration (SDI) contract is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee Award Term contract provides a vehicle to provide skilled staff, tools, and other resources to analyze, design, develop, enhance, deploy, maintain, and operate the USPTO application systems. The services required to perform life cycle activities include system design and analysis, programming, testing, integration, customer training (to include technical personnel), implementation, operations, system/software maintenance, project-specific system engineering, information/software engineering, product assurance, project management, and other related services and products. Software products and hardware are needed for system life cycle support of development, maintenance, and enhancement activities. Some integration efforts may result in providing systems for total solutions to meet the business requirements.
