Quotient is seeking an Application Developer/Configuration Manager to support our customer at the National Library of Medicine in Bethesda, MD. 

Requirements/Skills:

  • Demonstrated experiences of TeamForge (note: not only know how to use it but experience of customization of it)
  • Unix/Linux knowledge/experience
  • Demonstrated experiences of application/software development (Java, scripts, Oracle/SQL, etc.)
  • Very good communication skills – verbally and in writing
  • Very good troubleshooting/Analysis skills
  • Good understanding/knowledge of system and application architecture
