Quotient is seeking a talented Software Engineer with an artistic slant for User Interface development.  This position will be supporting our customer at the National Library of Medicine (NLM).

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience.

Technical Knowledge: Java, MVC, XUL, Javascript-based AJAX framework like GWT, ZK, JSF, Ample, etc.  and related plugins like jQuery, Swing/AWT, etc.

Design: compositing, layout, mock-up flow, section-508/accessibility, patterns

Communication: verbally articulate, written documentation skills, collaborative in a fast-paced team environment,

Development: SDLC, Scrum/Agile, environment (eclipse, visual studio, RSA, Rose, etc.) tools (SVN, ClearCase, CVS, TeamForge, JIRA, Concert, etc.)
