Quotient,Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will be involved in analysis, design, software programming/development and support of complex large scale applications, adopting the full Life Cycle methodology.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Participate in the design and development or enhancing business functions
Perform Logical data modeling, physical transformation including the design reviews.
Develop and design code using CoolGen.
Perform various types of testing, related test preparation and quality assurance process
Comply with various project standards and requirements of the company as well as the customer and legal requirements of (SEC-508)
Supports the Program Manager and the Software Project Manager in the role of Systems Architect during the transition and delivery phase of solution implementation
Responsible for developing and integrating with SOA architectures and methodologies
Responsible for leading the development and implementation of data migration and ETL solutions/projects
Acts independently, or leads a group of technical contributors, while maintaining top level responsibility for detailed systems analysis and design during business capture, proposal development and/or delivery
Articulate the client's problems and primary business drivers and develops conceptual, logical, and physical solutions which address those needs
Establish policies and procedures for managing metadata and updates to systems of record
Participate in efforts to set technical direction and build capabilities in the engineering organization
Investigate new initiatives and opportunities for appropriateness with respect to strategic goals for both New and Add-on Business
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of a specific current technology, both internally and within the industry, and its applicability to the organization
Ensure industry best practices and assets are leveraged when necessary Required Skills:

Must have a BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any quantitative Sciences
Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in design and software development in a large scale client-server environment
Must have experience with in-depth full life cycle software design and development on large/complex commercial Online/Real-Time Transaction Processing systems or n-tier client/server applications
Must have in-depth programming experience in CoolGen
Must have knowledge and expertise in Relational data base concepts and usage of SQL, PL/SQL is very critical
Must have thorough experience with Object Oriented Programming and Abstract Data types
Must have firm grasp of software design patterns
Must have experience or some exposure to Web based software design and development using Java/J2EE/XML technologies
Must have task order/ project management experience and/or ability to lead a software development team
Must have experience in ESB development or design
