Quotient Announces Partnership on FAA Project

COLUMBIA, MD, September 11, 2008—Quotient, Inc. and DataFederal of Fairfax, Virginia have partnered to pursue a support services contract in the Federal Aviation Administration Air Traffic Office - Terminal (ATO-T).  This partnership marks the first time that Quotient and DataFederal (an 8(a) certified company presently engaged at FAA) have partnered on an opportunity.
