Quotient Completes Content Management System Assessment at the Maryland State Department of Education

COLUMBIA, MD, July 29, 2009—Quotient completed a Content Management System (CMS) Assessment and Migration Contract for the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE).  In support of their public Internet site: www.msde.state.md.us, MSDE looked to Quotient to review their existing content management system, identify and define requirement for a new CMS system, recommend a replacement CMS, and recommend and develop a migration strategy to move data to the new system.
