Quotient Launches Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Website with Serena Collage

COLUMBIA, MD, January 18, 2008—Quotient worked with the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board(FRTIB) to migrate their existing website, http://www.frtib.gov, into Serena Collage.

Working with the existing site, Quotient created Collage templates to standardize styles and layouts throughout the site. Quotient worked with FRTIB staff to review and update the existing content. The Collage implementation will provide the framework for a redesign planned for later in 2008.
