Quotient Names Shirley Collier as President

Quotient, Inc., a leading provider of web-based information technology solutions, announced that Shirley Collier has joined the firm as President, where she will provide leadership to the executive team.

Collier will be responsible for all the company’s operational and strategic initiatives, developing new and cutting-edge solutions that help redefine the way federal agencies fulfill their missions through effective and secure utilization of web-based information technologies.

Collier joins Quotient from Scale2Market, LLC where she served as founder and CEO. She is a serial technology entrepreneur and senior IT executive with more than 25 years of experience. Collier holds a Master of Science in IT Management and is a highly active member of the community with numerous accolades. Her achievements include:
