Quotient Winning Subcontractor on Department of Transportation Award

COLUMBIA, MD, September 25, 2009—The Department of Transportation recently awarded Zolon Tech, Inc. (ZTI) and Quotient, Inc. a contract to perform Internet and intranet web site operations and maintenance for the department's Research and Innovation Technology Administration (RITA).

Under the contract, Quotient will be providing web development, programming, and maintenance; database administration; document and content management; graphic design; and technical writing support services to the RITA web sites.

RITA's mission is to coordinate DOT research programs as well as advancing the deployment of cross-cutting technologies to improve our Nation’s transportation system.
