Jodi Lare co-founded Quotient Inc. in 1999 with the vision of providing mission critical information technology solutions to the federal government.  With a degree in pharmacology and over 20 years of technology and healthcare experience Jodi set out to build a company that would help improve the health of people through the use of technology, as one of Quotient’s core missions. That passion has been realized under her leadership as Quotient has been recognized over the years for its innovative work in the application of healthcare technology, among others. 

As Chair of the Board, she is responsible for ensuring that the company fulfills that vision and responds to the evolving needs of the federal marketplace.  Jodi approves the strategic direction of the company in collaboration with the President/CEO and is reviews the company’s financial results.

Jodi holds a BS degree from the University of Maryland and has more than 20 years of experience in IT systems integration, project management, and operations management in both government and private sector environments. 

Jodi is currently writing a book about the application of healthcare technology in under-developed countries and its impacts.  She volunteers and supports numerous non-profits in the region.  Jodi is an avid runner and mountain biker and enjoys spending time with son Jack and daughter Sasha in her spare time.
