COMMITS NexGen is a broad "solutions" based vehicle. The contract scope includes all products and services necessary to meet the requesting activity's requirement. COMMITS NexGen contracts are available to both the Department and other government agencies and provide a pool of high quality talent from which to acquire information technology services and solutions. Work may be performed at headquarters and/or field offices located throughout the United States and abroad.
The NexGen contracts provide a full range of Information Technology (IT) engineering services, capabilities and enabling products to support DISA worldwide, DoD and other federal agencies. The NexGen contracts support the DISA mission to "plan, engineer, develop, test and manage programs and to acquire, implement, operate, and maintain information systems for C4I and mission support under all conditions of peace and war."
ENCORE contracts provide the full range of Information Technology (IT) solutions required by the Department of Defense (DoD), other Federal agencies, state and local governments. Under these contracts, the contractors provide services, hardware, software and associated enabling products to satisfy IT activities at all operating levels. Areas supported by these contracts include Command and Control, Intelligence and Mission Support areas, as well as all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG).
TIPSS-2 is a set of Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) or Fixed Price contracts with term, completion, and performance-based delivery orders. There are 18 TIPSS-2 contracts that provide the full range of information processing support services. These Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (ID-IQ) contracts provide Task Order access to a broad range of software and hardware related services. Services offered under the TIPSS-2 contract are available to Departments of Treasury, Justice, and Homeland Security.
This contract is an ID-IQ award to provide Program Management services to the technical center and one or more FAA locations to include FAA Headquarters, at the direction of the Government. Services provided under this contract vehicle include but are not limited to project management support, systems integration, application development, change management and end user support. The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center is the nation's premier aviation research and development, and test and evaluation facility. The Technical Center serves as the national scientific test base for the FAA. Technical Center programs include testing and evaluation in air traffic control, communications, navigation, airports, aircraft safety, and security.
MOBIS contracts are awarded by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Quotient was awarded the five (5)-year GSA Mission Oriented Business Integration Services (MOBIS) Supply Schedule contract on February 28, 2008. The GSA MOBIS schedule is a multiple award, ID / IQ (Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity) contract providing government customers business process-oriented consultative services. Having a GSA MOBIS Schedule enables Quotient to offer business consultation services essential to the management, organizational, and business improvement initiatives of our customers. As a schedule holder, our services will be easily accessible to U.S. federal government buyers, increasing Quotient’s ability to expand our presence in the federal marketplace.
This BPA is for Information Technologies Support Services (ITSS) for the National Institutes of Health and it's various institutes, bureaus and divisions. This contract provides a broad scope of IT services including new and emerging technologies. These services may be required throughout the United States, its territories and possessions, and in foreign countries. The scope of support to be provided under this solicitation is intended to cover all requirements for "Information Technology," including computers, ancillary equipment, software, firmware and similar procedures, services (including support services), and related resources. General tasks may apply to any of three functional areas: software engineering, communications, and system integration.
