Additionally, this person should preferably have had  a minimum of 3 years exposure to federal government contracting and general terms and conditions.

Following is a partial list of the role’s responsibilities:

· Assist in preparing and distributing financial information and data within required deadlines at the end of the month and ensure that the information provided is concise, relevant and understandable to assist leaders in making intelligent business decisions.

· Prepare as needed and monitor customer invoicing, the aging of accounts receivable and contract funding in order to provide optimal working capital for ongoing business operations and for business expansion and growth.

· Maintain daily cash position reports for cash planning purposes.

· Help Insure the accuracy of payroll and that employees are paid on specified corporate pay dates.

· Prepare and file the Incurred Cost Submission with DCAA.

· Assist in preparation of the Annual Budget for leadership approval.

· Assist in maintaining Corporate Records and Files in an organized and efficient manner.

· Support our leaders, employees, clients and customers business operations with the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork and respond immediately to their needs and requests.

· Help maintain Full Regulatory Compliance in the areas of Federal Government Contracting, Federal, State and Local Tax Requirements, Department of Labor Regulations and all other applicable areas.

· Validate the accuracy and business purpose of Company liabilities and ensure that vendors are paid within contractual and/or specified payment terms.

· Encourage and mandate a cost-benefit mentality within the organization to obtain maximum value for the minimum amount of cost.

· Participate in and support cross-training of employees for their professional development, enhancement of their particular skill sets and for the seamless continuation of Company functions during times of absences.

· When required respond to the expected changing needs of the organization in whatever work capacity that is required.

· Provide assistance and support to one another and other groups in the achievement of their specific goals and objectives.
