Quotient Awarded Contract to Support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Program Executive Office for Mission Assurance

 

COLUMBIA, MD, July 1, 2010−Quotient, Inc. has been awarded a contract by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Program Executive Office for Mission Assurance (PEO/MA) to provide Security and Network Engineering support, Technology Management and Program Management support. The award has a one year base and three one year option periods.

“It’s an honor to announce that Quotient will continue to help support our war fighter, as we have done for the better part of this past decade, by assisting in the support, maintenance and improvement of DISA’s Global Information Grid,” said Quotient President, Clark Lare.

The DISA PEO-MA develops and acquires network and computer security and situational awareness solutions necessary to secure and operate the Global Information Grid (GIG) in support of the Secretary of Defense, Combatant Commanders, Joint/combined task forces, Services, and Agencies. This includes providing security engineering solutions to secure the Domain Name System (DNS) service that translates host names to numeric network addresses for all Combatant Commands, Services, and Agencies (CC/S/A).
