Quotient Lauches website at the Smithsonian Institution to Digitize Millions of Documents

Quotient has won a 4 year contract with the Department of Education to continue to provide learning management services for the LINCS project under OCTAE. Quotient has been the prime contractor of this work for the past 4 years. This new contract will allow Quotient to continue to build on the LINCS Learning Management System functionality and Community of Practice.
